PDK ministers such as Ahmet Shala, Bedri Hamza, Besim Beqaj, have not dismissed any LDK officials while this is not the case with LDK minister Avdullah Hoti, who is sacking PDK officials.

After less than one year into the mandate, PDK-LDK coalition is facing with an explosion of discontent among party militants, which threaten to plunge the country into extraordinary elections. Discontent generally comes from the largest coalition partner officials, respectively the party which is led by deputy PM Hashim Thaçi, who claim they were unfairly sacked from the institutional positions by Isa Mustafa’s ministers. Their positions are then given to LDK militants, they claim.

‘Zeri’ newspaper sources within the government say the dissatisfaction has erupted recently with regards to the management in the Ministry of Finance run by Avdullah Hoti and the Ministry of Trade and Industry headed by Hykmete Bajrami.
