European Parliament: Serbia should normalize relations with Kosovo

The European Parliament has asked Serbia to normalize relations with Kosovo, stressing that its progress towards membership in the European Union depends on reforms in the rule of law and respect for democratic standards.

“Serbia must show true commitment to the values of the European Union. Progress towards EU membership is only possible through reforms in the rule of law and strengthening of democratic standards. Serbia must normalize relations with Kosovo. For free and fair elections are needed to solve the political crisis”, writes the European Parliament in X.
