Five injured in an accident in Istog, two of them police officers

Five people were injured, among them two police officers, in an accident that happened after midnight in the village of Gurrakoc in Istog.

The spokesperson of the Police for the region of Peja, Driton Rugova said that two vehicles, one of the Police, were involved in the accident.

He said that the injured were sent for medical treatment. 00:40, the Police was notified of a traffic accident that occurred in the village of Gurrakoc-Istog, in this accident 2 cars were involved, a Police car and a civilian car, and as a result of the accident, two (2) Police Officers of the Mitrovica Region, and three (3) other people were injured, all the injured were sent to the Regional Hospital in Peja, for medical treatment, the case is being investigated by the investigators of DRP-Peja accidents”, says the 24-hour report.
