Washington DC – Today afternoon, minister Hyseni will be meeting with the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Forensics.

Minister of Internal Affairs, Skender Hyseni, has held separate meetings with Marie Richards, deputy coordinator for regional and multilateral affairs at the Counter-Terrorism Bureau, Tom Yazdgerdi, director for the Balkans at the State Department, Mark Koumans, from the International Relations Office in the Department of Homeland Security and Congressman, Eliot Engel.

During the meetings various issues related to security and particularly issues of radicalization and violent extremism, organized crime and Kosovo’s membership in Interpol and other international organizations of police cooperation were discussed.

Today afternoon, minister Hyseni will be meeting with the director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of Forensics.
