The Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment against five persons for committing the criminal offense of “War crimes against the civilian population”.

P.N., Z.D., I.I., S.M., and J.D., are accused of having committed war crimes in Fushë, as members of the Serbian Police at the Police Station in Fushë Kosovo, on May 6, 1999. Kosovo.

According to the indictment, the defendants have detained and taken by force five civilians, who were transported from the train station to the place called “Megja”, where they were executed with firearms.

PSRK has proposed to the Basic Court in Pristina to hold the trial in absentia, since the defendants are inaccessible to the justice bodies.
