German province of Hessen, a banking and financial powers center, wants no longer that asylum seekers from Kosovo and Albania are distributed in the municipalities.
Authorities in the province have demanded that the procedures for immigrants are accelerated and that they soon return to their home countries.
The statement came by Hessen minister of Social affairs, Stefan Gritner who is a member of Angela Merkel’s Christian Democratic Union. Gritner noted stressed that the large number of asylum seekers from Kosovo and Albania have resulted in aggravation of situation adding that Hessen, due to its geographical position, has taken a large number of asylum seekers.
Around 60 thousand immigrants from Kosovo and Albania have settled in Germany from January through April this year.
