Prishtina – Kosovo Government said that last night’s attack against the RTK is an attack against the free speech and all media in Kosovo.

In a statement, the government has called on representatives of the political parties that in their public discourse not label, lynch or attack the public and private media, in order to respect and protect the free speech.
“The Government of the Republic of Kosovo condemns the attack with explosive device on Radio Television of Kosovo that took place last night in unexplained circumstances.

Kosovo Government believes that this is an attack on free speech and on all media in Kosovo.

The Government calls on state authorities to shed light on this case and bring in front of justice the perpetrators and instigators of this ugly act.

Kosovo Government also calls on all representatives of the political parties that in their public discourse not label, lynch or attack the public and private media, in order to respect and protect the free speech,” reads the press release.
