Kosovo Govt condemns violent acts in the Assembly

Prishtina – The Government of the Republic of Kosovo determines that everyone has an obligation to refrain from acts of violence and to avoid actions that exceed the democratic opposition format.
Government of the Republic of Kosovo condemns the violent acts conducted today by opposition MPs at the session of the Assembly, where the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, was briefing MPs and citizens of the Republic of Kosovo regarding the agreements reached in Brussels.

The Government of the Republic of Kosovo determines that everyone has an obligation to refrain from acts of violence and to avoid actions that exceed the democratic opposition format which harm the interests of the Republic of Kosovo.

The Government of the Republic of Kosovo calls on the Assembly to create normal working conditions, in order to continue unimpeded today’s session of the Assembly so that Kosovo citizens are informed in detail about the content of the reached agreements.

Kosovo Government ensures Kosovo citizens that the agreements reached in Brussels, are in accordance with the laws and Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo and considers that they will open the Euro-Atlantic integration way of the country, and are supported strongly by strategic partners of Kosovo, the US and EU./RTK/
