North Macedonia will host the “Berdo-Brion” Summit in October, reports Anadolu.
Slovenian President Natasha Pirc Musar announced that the “Berdo-Brion” Process Summit will be held in North Macedonia in October.
Talking about the summit that was supposed to be held on the Brioni islands but was canceled due to disputes between Serbia and Croatia, she said that she is important for everyone for the summit to continue.
“So, this is really important, both Kosovo and Serbia are here. Once again, I really thank the president of North Macedonia who will organize this process”, added Pirc Musar.
The “Berdo-Brion” process is a regional initiative started by Slovenia and Croatia in 2013, while the countries of the Western Balkans are also part of it.
The initiative was calls the Process “Berdo-Brion” after two locations – Berdo near Kranj in Slovenia and the Brioni islands in Croatia, which are a symbol of reconciliation and diplomacy.
