The diet proposed by Dr. Peter D’Adamo suggests that people should eat differently depending on their blood type, based on the idea that blood types were formed at different times in human history.
According to this theory, blood type 0 is considered the oldest and is associated with a hunter-gatherer lifestyle, so a higher consumption of meat and protein is recommended.
