The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, is on an official visit to Doha, Qatar, where he met with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.

Rama announced the visit on his official Facebook profile, where he also shared images from the meeting. During the post, he also announced a new project in the field of aviation:

“Doha, Qatar – With the General Director of Qatar Airways, Eng. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer, I discussed the entry of this prestigious company in Albania, and inshallah we will soon have Qatar Airways flights to Tirana.”

The Prime Minister added that the meeting was focused on deepening the cooperation between the two countries and developing projects of important.

It is learned that during the visit to Doha, Rama was accompanied by the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, and the Minister of State for Local Government, Ervin Demo.
