KosovaPress sources say that the constitutional changes over the Special Court establishment won’t be voted today.

Democratic Party of Kosovo has failed to ensure the needed numbers in order for the voting to take place. According to KosovaPress sources there are a large number of PDK MPs who won’t vote in favor of Special Court establishment.

In order to open the way to the creation of Special Court, the constitutional amendments have to receive two thirds of the MPs votes.
