Deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo will meet tonight in the evening to constitute the new legislature.

This is what KosovaPress learns exclusively from sources within the Assembly of Kosovo.

The constitutive session is expected to be held at the beginning of 20:00 or 21:00, where the Vetëvendosje Movement is expected to name the president of the assembly.

Currently at the meeting are the head of the VV, Albin Kurti and the one from LDK, Lumir Abdixhiku, who are trying to reach an agreement on the issue of the president.

Before the meeting with Kurti, Abdixhiku said that the constitution of the assembly should happen today and that his party does not submit. Meanwhile, Kurti said that there will be news as soon as there is an agreement.

Yesterday, Kurti did not give a name for the chairman of the assembly, as he requested additional time for a political agreement with the LDK.
