Manchester United want to sign Jarrod Bowen, joining rivals Liverpool and Chelsea in the race for the striker from relegation-threatened West Ham United.
Bowen, 29, is expected to be available in the summer transfer window as West Ham must secure over £100m in player sales if they are relegated from the Premier League.
The striker is also hoping to receive an invitation. from the England national football team for the World Cup, with the list expected to be published on Friday.
Liverpool has long been mentioned as Bowen’s possible destination, being seen as a replacement for Mohamed Salah, who will leave “Anfield” this summer, while Chelsea has also entered the race as one of the interested clubs.
Now Manchester United has also seriously entered the race. According to the report of The Guardian, the “Red Devils” are preparing an offer for Bowen, as they aim to strengthen the offensive department before the return to the UEFA Champions League.
