Liverpool is closely monitoring Vinícius Júnior’s contract situation and could make a spectacular move to sign the Brazilian as a free agent in 2027.

According to journalist Ramón Álvarez de Mon, Vinícius’ contract with Real Madrid expires next summer, while “The Reds” hope to take advantage of this situation to bring him to “Anfield” without paying compensation.

The report adds. that Liverpool sees this as an opportunity to “return the favor” to Real Madrid, following the free departure of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ibrahima Konaté to the Spanish club.

If an agreement is not reached to renew the contract with Real Madrid, Vinícius could be one of the biggest names to hit the market as a free player.
