According to the Prosecution’s file, the incident took place on June 1, 2026, around 17:50, behind the playground in Gjakova, where the defendant, together with two minors I.A and A.A, allegedly acted as part of an armed group, using force and serious threats against a minor E.B. (2009).

During the incident, the defendant allegedly stabbed the victim several times in the arm, while together with the accomplices he physically attacked him and took his bag, where the wallet with 115 euros was located. As a result, the victim suffered serious bodily injuries, also confirmed by the “Isa Grezda” Regional Hospital in Gjakovë.

The judge of the preliminary procedure, Drilon Haraçia, has assessed that the legal conditions have been met for setting the measure of detention, which will last from June 2 to July 1, 2026.
