Another person from Skenderaj was arrested yesterday in the action of the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica for the case of organizing pyramid schemes and illegal gambling, Mitropol announces.

According to official information, in connection with this case, a suspect was interviewed on April 24, 2026.

After the interview by the competent bodies, the suspect was released by the decision of the prosecutor, while the case continues is handled in a regular procedure.

We recall that on April 18, a total of 15 locations, including bars and apartments, were searched, under the suspicion of developing illegal gambling activities and pyramid schemes.

Also, in three locations, illegal firearms were found and seized, which were suspected to be in the possession of the suspects.

After the interview, by decision of the prosecutor, four people were detained for 48 hours, while the others are released in the regular procedure./Mitropol/
