The animosity in the Real Madrid dressing room has reached its peak after Fede Valverde was taken to hospital after a “very serious” fight with Aurelien Tchouamen.

According to Marca, the incident between the two Real Madrid stars required “the intervention of several team members” and was much more serious than what happened on Wednesday.

Sources inside the dressing room revealed that the clash started after Valverde “refused to shake Tchouamen’s hand” in the morning, which led to a very hostile atmosphere, ending with the Uruguayan suffering a “heavy blow” which forced him to go to hospital.

A fight between two teammates is not the only problem facing the Spanish giants, as a report earlier on Thursday claimed that up to six Real Madrid players are no longer on speaking terms. with Alvaro Arbeloan.
