A 46-year-old woman died on Saturday in Shtime, after allegedly accidentally falling from the third floor of a building.

The news was confirmed by Kanun Veseli, spokesperson of the Kosovo Police for the Ferizaj region.

According to the Kosovo Police, the case was reported on July 5, 2026, around 6:50 p.m., when the authorities received information that a woman had fallen from the second floor. third of an object on “12 Kershori” street in Shtime.

The police patrol immediately went to the scene, where they found the injured. Then the Shtime Emergency team intervened, which transported her for medical treatment to the KKMF-Shtime.

Around 7:20 p.m., the Police were informed that the 46-year-old woman had died as a result of the injuries she received.

Regarding the case, the state prosecutor, investigators and regional forensic experts were notified, who carried out the examinations at the site. event.

According to the first investigations, it is suspected that the victim accidentally fell together with the metal pillars (cylinders). By order of the prosecutor, the dead body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Pristina for an autopsy.
