The best way to take advantage of all the goodness of the fig is to drink the juice, which is rich in extraordinary nutrients, which have a positive effect, not only in terms of nutrition, but also in terms of health. Figs should definitely be a part of daily meals.

4-5 fresh figs
Juice of one lemon
Sugar – as desired
a little water

Remove the skin of the figs and cut them in half.
Pour water into the mixer and add the figs.
After mixing with water, strain the resulting liquid and add lemon juice.
Add 4-5 spoons of sugar or a little honey.
Keep the juice in the refrigerator and serve cold.
