The Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo has announced that it has submitted indictments to the Basic Court in Pristina against six persons, identified by the initials A.H., L.D., M.D., Q.E., A.G. and F.O.

According to the official announcement of the Special Prosecutor’s Office, there is a “founded suspicion” that the defendants have committed the criminal offense of “Participation or organization of an organized criminal group”, in connection with several other criminal offenses.

The announcement states that the indictment has been filed. Due to the well-founded suspicion that they have also committed the criminal offenses Preparatory actions for serious murder, Coercion, Arson, Causing the risk of in general and Unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons. The Special Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kosovo has submitted an indictment to the Basic Court in Pristina against the defendants. A.H., L.D., M.D., Q.E., A.G. and F.O., it is stated in the announcement of the Prosecutor’s Office.

The indictment is currently under review by the Basic Court in Prishtina, while further procedures will be developed in accordance with the laws in force.

The defendants enjoy the presumption of innocence and are considered Innocent until a final court decision.
