Lee Kang-in leaves PSG, signs with Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid has formalized the transfer of South Korean midfielder Lee Kang from Paris Saint-Germain.

The 25-year-old has signed a contract with the Spanish club until June 30, 2031, thus returning to La Liga, where he previously played with Valencia and Mallorca.

In the club’s announcement, Atletico praised Lee Kang for his technical skills, vision in play, ball control, accurate passing and powerful shots. The midfielder can play as a playmaker, but also on both sides of the attack.

During two seasons with Paris Saint-Germain, the South Korean representative played 124 games, scored 16 goals and recorded 16 assists.
