Ingredients

4 lemons
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
150 grams of sugar
2 glasses of water
2 cups of water (for boiling)

To prepare the delicious lemon marmalade, AgroWeb.org advises you to start by selecting and washing them.

After you have done this, grate the skin of three lemons in a deep bowl.

In a separate bowl, squeeze two tablespoons of lemon juice and set aside for a second moment.

Meanwhile, one of the cut the lemons into small, thin pieces.

Combine these pieces with the lemon peel in a deep pot with a glass of water on top.

Let it boil on medium heat for 10 minutes and then remove it to cool for a while.

Add another glass of water and put the pot to boil again for another 10 minutes.

This step is important to remove the pungency of the lemon and get the tastiest marmalade.

Then add the sugar, the lemon juice that you squeezed before to the pot where you are boiling the lemon.

Put it back to boil on medium heat for at least 30 minutes.
