“Property fraud”: The suspects will not stay behind bars

The five suspects for property fraud will not remain behind bars.

This is the decision of the Basic Court of Prizren, after it rejected the prosecution’s request for detention.

This measure will be replaced by the obligation to appear at the police station.

The news was confirmed for Klankosova.tv by the spokesperson of this court, Marcel Lekaj.
