The Democratic Party of Kosovo, represented by the chairman of the Parliamentary Group, Arian Tahiri, deputy Përparim Gruda and lawyer Faton Fetahu, have filed a case in the Constitutional Court for the constitution of the Assembly. Meanwhile, MP Përparim Gruda said that no parliamentary majority can violate the Constitution. "No majority can violate the Constitution. We cannot continue for the Assembly to function in this way. This Government has problems with its constitutionality and legitimacy", said Gruda.
