Three suspicious deaths on Friday in Kosovo: The dead body in Gjakova, still unidentified

The Kosovo police have reported three cases of death investigation during the last 24 hours, which happened in the municipalities of Ranillug, Suharekë and Gjakovë.

In the village of Drenovc in Ranillug, a citizen informed the police that he had found his father and to his wife, who lived alone. By order of the prosecutor, the dead body was sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML) for an autopsy, Klankosova.tv reports.

However, a man from Suhareka died in the Prizren Regional Hospital, having previously suffered injuries that it is suspected that he had received them as a result of the crash while intoxicated.

The victim had initially received treatment at the Suharekã Hospital, while his death was confirmed by the medical team at the Prizren Hospital. By the prosecutor’s decision, the body was sent to the IML for an autopsy.

While the third case was reported in the village of Fshaj in Gjakova, where the dead body of a woman was found on the river bank, near the Fshaj Bridge, the identity of whose cause is not yet known.

The medical team declared death at the scene, while the body was sent to IML for autopsy. The police announced that the case is being investigated. /Klankosova.tv
