You can eat them very well in the morning, you can accompany them with the dish at lunch, or with some cheese at dinner.

They are also a very quick dish that you can prepare whenever you want.

So with very little effort, go to the kitchen to cook a dish full of flavor.

500 g of flour
250 ml of water
80 ml of olive oil
1 teaspoon of soda
Salt

To start with the preparation of this recipe, AgroWeb.org advises you to choose a deep container.

Pour water, oil, salt and soda into it, mixing all the ingredients together.

Then add the flour little by little to the container with the water, taking care not to create lumps during the formation of the dough.

Work it all with your hands. the mass until it binds and you can put it on the table to work again with your hands.

If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour and continue to work until it forms a homogeneous ball.

Put the dough back in the container, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Then take the dough and divide it into 5 small cakes, about 170 grams each and open it with a rolling pin.

Make small round patties up to 2-3 millimeters thick.

Meanwhile, put a non-stick pan on the fire and when it is hot, put the first pita to cook.

As the pita takes color in the pan, pierce it with a fork from time to time so that it does not swell and deform.

Leave each of the pitas cook for no more than 2-3 minutes on each side.

Then place them all on a plate or in a container and cover them with a thick cloth so that they stay soft during cooling.

Once they have cooled somewhat, they are ready to be served as you wish.

We suggest you spread them with a little sour cream, cottage cheese or cream cheese and add a little green salad or arugula.
