At least 10 people have been killed in new Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon, despite the ceasefire, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced.
According to the authorities, six people, including two rescuers from the “Risala Scouts” organization and a Syrian girl, were killed in the village of Deir Qanun al-Nahr near the city of Tyre. Four other rescuers were killed in an earlier attack in the town of Hanaway.
Images posted on social media showed aid teams trying to rescue the injured, including a child, when the area was hit again by a rocket. The second attack occurred immediately after an ambulance arrived at the scene.
Lebanon’s Ministry of Health described the incident as a new violation of the ceasefire. According to official data, 3,111 people have been killed in Lebanon since February, including 123 medical workers, more than 210 children and nearly 300 women. /message
