Albulena Haxhiu declares the Assembly of Kosovo to be constituted, without the PDK vice president

Speaker Albulena Haxhiu has declared the Assembly constituted, without the election of the deputy speaker from the Democratic Party of Kosovo. “On this occasion, I find that the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo is considered constituted and we will see each other in the next session”, she said after Emilia Rexhepi was elected vice-president of the Assembly by the non-Serbian minorities.
