A special recipe that gives the traditional cooking of beans an even better taste.
This recipe is ideal for all types of beans, so prepare it immediately.
(The ingredients below are for 4-5 people)
400-500 g of white beans
1 medium onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 tablespoons of tomato sauce
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh mint (according to preference)

Or if they are new beans, throw them directly into a pot of water and put them to boil.
Once the water has boiled, remove it from the heat and let it rest in the water for about 30 minutes while you prepare it. the sauce
After you have washed the vegetables needed in the recipe with plenty of water, you must cut them into small pieces.
Put a pan on the fire where you have added the olive oil, as soon as it is heated, add the onion.
Saute the onion until its volume decreases and then add the red and green pepper.
When the vegetables have softened, add the sauce tomatoes and two glasses of water. Leave the sauce on the fire for 10 minutes.
Don’t forget to add salt and pepper as desired.
Drain the beans and transfer them to a pan sprinkled with a little olive oil.
Pour the sauce you prepared on top and mix with a wooden spoon so that the ingredients take on the flavor of each other.
Place the pan in a preheated oven with 150-170 degrees Celsius and let them cook until the beans are completely softened and a little liquid remains.
This recipe can be accompanied by salads with pickled but fresh seasonal vegetables.
Also, the taste would be ideal if served with warm corn bread.
