Lawyer Ferati says that, based on the circumstances of the case and the evidence that is expected to be examined, he believes that the murder of Florim was planned and carried out with premeditation.

The relatives of Florim Haxidema, whom the team of the MAT show visited a day after the end of the viewing ceremony, say that they received information that he was involved in an argument with someone before entering the apartment where he later died. According to them, this is one of the details that are waiting to be clarified through investigations and evidence that will be collected by the competent bodies.
