Injury in Gjonaj i Hasi: One in the hospital – the suspect ends up in handcuffs

A person was detained after the gunshot wound that happened on May 2, 2026, around 8:30 p.m. in the village of Gjonaj i Hasi, where a 17-year-old minor was injured.

According to information from the Gazeta e Prizren portal, the case occurred after a conflict between several people. The victim, with the initials B.D., received a wound on his left leg, below the knee, and was urgently sent to Prizren Hospital.

The suspect, also a minor of about 16 years, was handed over to the police together with his parent. A shell was seized at the scene, while the investigations are ongoing.

Those involved were interviewed for the crimes “Attempted murder” and “Slight bodily injury”, while yesterday the main suspect was detained for 24 hours by order of the prosecutor. / Gazeta e Prizren
