According to the prosecution, “on the basis of the ordinance issued by the Basic Court in Ferizaj for control and temporary seizure of houses and accompanying premises, today, a control order was carried out, in which case, by decision of the State Prosecutor of the Department of Serious Crimes, three suspects were detained for a duration of 48 hours, with the initials: A.S., – notary from the municipality of Vitija, I.M., – Prishtina and F.N., – the municipality of Dragash”, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

The arrest of the three defendants in this case, according to the authorities’ announcement, was made as a result of the continuation of the investigations related to the previous case, where earlier by the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj, five more people were detained, due to the suspicion of misuse of official duties.

The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj, to the defendants in this criminal case, I will continue with the necessary legal procedures and actions.
