Irregular parking remains a daily challenge for the city of Prizren. They not only hinder the free movement of vehicles and pedestrians, but often create dangerous situations for the safety of citizens.

The police announce that they are determined to intensify controls and take concrete measures to guarantee order and safety in traffic.

Just for this, today 27.02.2026, in the time interval 10:00 – 12:00, the patrols of the Police Stations of of Prizren, Prizren-North and the Unit for the Regulation of Road Traffic have undertaken a coordinated action against irregular parking in the city of Prizren, mainly in the center of the city.

During this time, a total of 106 fines have been recorded for violation of parking rules.

“Respecting traffic rules is the key to a safer and more orderly city. The police invite all citizens to contribute with good behavior responsible on the road, because only together we can build a calmer and more beautiful Prizren for everyone”.
