The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has stated that the international system created by the victors of World War II is today facing a deep crisis of legitimacy in almost all areas, reports Anadolu.
“The post-World War II order, built by its victors, is facing a deep crisis of legitimacy in almost all areas,” Erdogan said in a video message at the International Strategic Communication Summit 2026, held in Istanbul from Turkey’s Communications Directorate.
“Ending the tragedies and restoring peace and stability around the world, especially in the region, is more important than ever,” he said.
“Turkey will resolutely continue its principled, resolute and peace-centered stance based on humanitarian values and justice,” the Turkish president added.
