About three hours after the report of a suspected explosive device at the Bus Station in Pristina, the police are still continuing the actions on the ground to verify the case.

The spokesperson of the Police for the region of Pristina, Flora Ahmeti, has announced earlier that the information was received at around 18:00, after which the police units had reacted by securing the area and taking the necessary measures to security.

“The police have reacted by securing the area. Citizens have been evacuated in a certain perimeter, while the relevant units have been engaged in handling and verifying the information”, Ahmeti stated.

Until these moments, no new information has been released regarding the nature of the suspect vehicle, while the responsible teams continue working at the scene.
