The State Prosecutor announces that during the last 24 hours, basic prosecutions have been filed
thirty (30) indictments against forty-five (45) persons, for the commission of various criminal offences, the Gazeta e Prizren reports.
Also, by order of the State Prosecutor, four (4) persons, suspected of committing criminal offences, have been detained.
The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prizren, during the last 24 hours, has detained one (1) suspect, as well as filed eleven (11) indictments against nineteen (19) persons, for various criminal offences.
Detention of persons by order of the prosecutor:
The Department of Serious Crimes, by order of the prosecutor, detained for 48 hours, one (1) person suspected of the criminal offense of “Extortion” and “Coercion” according to the KPRK.
Indictments:
The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Prizren has filed eleven (11) indictments against nineteen (19) persons, for the following criminal offenses:
Three (3) indictments against three (3) persons for the criminal offense “Theft”;
Two (2) indictments against two (2) persons for the criminal offense “Unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotropic or similar substances”;
One (1) indictment against six (6) persons for the criminal offense of “Destroying, damaging or removing protective equipment and jeopardizing safety in the workplace”;
One (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offenses of “Intimidation” and “Assault”;
One (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offenses “Assault” and “Slight Bodily Injury”;
One (1) indictment against two (2) persons for the criminal offenses “Slight bodily injury” and “Purchasing, accepting or concealing items obtained by committing a criminal offense;
One (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense “Self-judgment”;
One (1) indictment against one (1) person for the criminal offense of “Slight Bodily Injury”.
