Special Prosecutor Kodraliu: Djukanovic helped the BIA, no one will be above the law

Special Prosecutor Bekim Kodraliu spoke to the media after the decisive session where 6 years of imprisonment was imposed on the former OSCE worker, Jelena Gjukanović, who was found guilty of espionage.

Kodraliu stated that Djukanović has provided assistance to the Serbian Secret Service, known as the BIA.

He further emphasized that no one will be above the law.

“The Special Prosecutor’s Office has cooperated with the security institutions, we have secured sufficient evidence where the accused has committed illegal activity. Jelena Djukanović helped the Serbian BIA”, Kodraliu said before the media, Klankosova.tv broadcasts.

“From here we send a clear message that no one will be above the law, he added.
