Scooters are banned in the square, the police in Pristina issue a notice

Police in Pristina have started the implementation of an action plan with a focus on controlling the circulation of electric scooters, with the aim of guaranteeing public order and the safety of citizens.

According to the official announcement, during patrols and continuous monitoring in public spaces, police officers first developed awareness activities, informing the drivers of electric scooters and bicycles that their circulation in the squares is prohibited through road signaling, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.

After these announcements, measures have been taken against people who have not respected the legal provisions in accordance with the Law on Road Traffic Rules.

According to the Police, seven drivers of electric scooters have been fined 150 euros each, while their scooters have been seized.
