Those accused of the attack in Ibër-Lepenc appear before the court, the opening statements of the parties are expected today

In the Basic Court in Pristina, the trial of the accused for the attack on the Ibër-Lepenci canal is expected to start today, where the parties will present their opening statements.

The accused, Dragisha Viqentijevic, Jovan Viqentijevic and Igor Dimovic, have appeared in court, while the hearing is scheduled to start at 09:30.

The case is about the attack that happened on November 29, 2024 in the village of Varage in the municipality of Zubin Potok, which caused damage to the infrastructure of the Ibër-Lepenci canal.

Today’s session is expected to mark the beginning of the judicial review, with the presentation of opening statements by the Prosecution and the defense.
