Alarm sirens have been heard in Tel Aviv and other areas of Israel, following a wave of missile attacks launched by Iran, Israeli media reports.

Israeli television channel Channel 12 reported a strong explosion in central Israel, while Israel Hayom newspaper reported that a rocket had landed in Tel Aviv.

Authorities have activated air defense systems and called on citizens to take shelter. So far, there is no official information about casualties or major damages, while the situation remains tense. /message
