Lebanon’s Ministry of Health has announced that the death toll from Israeli attacks on the country since March 2 has risen to 2,586, reports Anadolu.

The Lebanese ministry also announced that the number of wounded has reached at least 8,020, while hostilities continue to take a heavy toll on civilians.

A 10-day ceasefire that began on April 17 it later lasts until May 17, but according to officials, Israel continues to violate the agreement daily through airstrikes and house demolitions in southern Lebanon.
