War veterans to be given priority in employment

Prishtina – According to this letter, Kosovo municipalities are obliged to give priority to veterans and their families in employment at educational and public institutions.

In a letter addressed to the municipality mayors in Kosovo, the Ministry of Local Government and the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, briefed them on the obligations and responsibilities in the implementation of Law no. 04 / L-261 for War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army.

“This letter is just one of the actions towards improving the welfare of all categories from the war, and during the year we will be improving further this reference by creating a body, which will be addressing all these categories,” said minister Arban Abrashi in a Facebook post.

According to this letter, Kosovo municipalities are obliged to give priority to veterans and their families in employment at educational and public institutions.
