Over 17 kilograms of a narcotic substance suspected to be marijuana have been seized by the Kosovo Police in Kaçanik, while two people have been arrested on suspicion of involvement in illegal narcotics activities.

According to the police announcement on Facebook, the case happened yesterday around 5:30 p.m., when the investigators of the Police Station in Kaçanik tried to stop a car for inspection, but its driver managed to evade them temporarily. police detention.

The police announced that the total weight of the confiscated substance is 17 kilograms and 834.6 grams. As part of the investigation, other relevant evidence was also seized.
