According to the indictment, S.K. it is suspected that on January 29, 2026, in Suhareka, he possessed without authorization and with the intention of selling about 26.6 grams of marijuana, divided into 30 bags, as well as residues of this substance. Forensic expertise has confirmed that the seized substance contained cannabis (THC).

Meanwhile, A.K. it is suspected that during the period from September 2025 to January 29, 2026 he distributed and offered cocaine for sale in Suhareka. During the controls, the authorities seized about 465 grams of marijuana, about 3.3 grams of cocaine, a suspected narcotic liquid substance, digital scales, a grinder and 2,200 euros in cash. The expertise of the Kosovo Agency for Forensics has confirmed that the samples contained cannabis and cocaine.

Also, according to the Prosecutor’s Office, in the bar of A.K. an M57 type pistol, a magazine and four cartridges of 7.62 millimeter caliber were found, which were allegedly held without authorization and in violation of the Arms Law.

F.F. is accused of distributing and offering cocaine for sale in the same period. During the search, a digital scale and two vehicles were seized, which according to the indictment were used to commit the criminal offense.

Meanwhile, L.A., A.F. and D.G. are suspected that, acting in concert, from September to November 2025 they distributed and offered cocaine for sale in various locations in Suhareka and beyond. According to the indictment, in one case, an amount of over 300 grams of cocaine was secured, which was thrown away while leaving the scene by vehicle and then seized by the authorities.

“Regarding the case, the prosecutor of the case has proposed the confiscation of about 740 grams of narcotic substances, including over 400 grams of marijuana and over 330 grams of cocaine, seized from the defendants. It is also requested the confiscation of an M57 pistol, a magazine and four cartridges, as well as three vehicles that were used to commit criminal offenses. It is also proposed to confiscate 2,200 euros and 500 Swiss francs, as the proceeds of criminal offenses,” the announcement states. be declared guilty and be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
