Two houses in Gjonaj fall prey to thefts, the owner: “They have seriously damaged us”

On the afternoon of Friday last week, two houses were the target of theft by thieves in the village of Gjonaj i Has.

One of the owners of the house, Bylbyl Totaj, announced that a significant amount of money, gold ornaments and various things were stolen from his house and that of his brother, who live and operate in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He further said that, the case has been reported to the Police. Complainant Totaj added that the event had consequences for the family members, who, according to him, were traumatized by the case.

Emphasizing the security situation, Totaj said that the level of security in Kosovo is low, since such cases of theft are happening more and more often.

On the other hand, the spokesperson of the regional police in Prizren, Shaqir Bytyqi, confirmed the case and said that investigations by the units have already begun.

On the other hand, the occurrence of cases of such thefts in the village of Gjonaj is long-standing, causing many families to suffer extensive damage as a result of thefts by various perpetrators. / TV Prizren /
