Through this announcement, I would like to inform you that I have submitted my resignation from the position of Director of Health in the Municipality of Prizren. During this 6-month period, I have tried with dedication to build a functional health system at the service of each of you. However, effective management requires official autonomy and institutional cooperation. When decision-making is damaged by external political interference, both from the municipal level and from the party leadership, the director's professional responsibility fades. In such conditions, where the management structure is ignored repeatedly, the continuation of the task is impossible. I thank the health staff for their tireless work and you citizens for your understanding and support. The health of Prizren deserves work and integrity, not political games.
