The man from Prizren who was wanted after serving an effective prison sentence is arrested

The Kosovo police have announced that they have arrested a person in Prizren, who was wanted after being sentenced to 1 year of effective imprisonment.

This sentence was imposed on him for the criminal offense of aggravated attempted theft.

“On 29.04.2026, the policemen of the Unit for the Implementation of Orders of the Prizren Police Station, after operational-investigative actions and acting according to a tactical-operational plan, they managed to locate and arrest the male suspect N.R. from Prizren. He was wanted after he was sentenced to one (1) year in effective prison by the all-powerful decision of the Basic Court of Prizren.

According to the announcement, the arrested person N.R. was first brought to the Police Station in Prizren and then sent to prison to serve his sentence. /Klankosova.tv
