The remains of three people were found in the village of Kalludër in Zubin Potok, while it is suspected that they may belong to the victims of the last war in Kosovo.

According to the 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police, the remains were found on August 14, 2026 by the relevant police units.

After the initial examination, the forensic expert concluded that it is a matter of human remains. and of forensic interest.

The case is being handled by the competent bodies, while the remains are expected to undergo further forensic procedures to determine the identity and circumstances of the case.

“Fsh. Kalludër, Zubin Potok / 19.04.1999 – NN. On 14.08.2026, the relevant police units have found the remains of three (3) individuals, which according to the forensic expert, they are of human origin and are of forensic interest. The remains are suspected to be of the victims of the last war in Kosovo,” the 24-hour police report states.
