After more than three months on the run, two suspects of aggravated attempted murder in Pristina have been presented to the police.

This case occurred on April 16 of this year, while the suspects presented themselves to the law enforcement authorities on June 29, handing over a firearm.

The police have announced that the two suspects have been taken into custody and are suspected of two criminal offenses “Attempted aggravated murder” and possession of weapons without a permit. “Ahmet Krasniqi St., Prishtina 16.04.2026 – 03:47. Regarding the case on 29.06.2026, two Kosovar male suspects appeared at the police station together with the defense lawyers, and one of them handed over a gun-pistol which is suspected to have been used in the case. The two suspects, after being interviewed by the decision of the prosecutor, were arrested and taken into custody,” the police report states.
